The BC869 is a PNP medium power transistor in a SOT89 plastic package. NPN complement: BC868. It is widely used in Low voltage, high current LF applications. This product is not designed for use in life support appliances, devices, or systems where malfunction of this product can reasonably be expected to result in personal injury.
